Please try and see if you have this issue with Internet Explorer/Edge, Firefox and Google Chrome
This error message is a common issue with Internet Explorer and the new Microsoft Edge browser.
In Internet Explorer, try and go to Tools...and select Internet Options
In the Internet Options window, select the Advanced tab
Scroll down to the Security section and un-check the Allow software to run or install even if the signature is invalid
Click OK to save the settings and close the Internet Options window.
