Unfortunately we are unable to change anyone's data as everyone's results are based on everyone else's results and changing one person's, will affect the entire community.
We know it is frustrating to lose points this way but know that your best 8 of 12 weeks of races count towards your individual and club championships. Inevitably all sim-racers will have to deal with these same circumstances and this is why we drop your worse four weeks throughout the season. This should be plenty of time for anyone to track down what may be causing their disconnect issues or system failures and allow them to still compete in the season's championships.
