1. Check to see that the license has not expired and is valid on the Pod. See:  https://support.iracing.com/solution/articles/31000145385-how-to-check-if-a-license-is-valid-and-or-expired

2. Check that the content is up to date on the Pod.

3. Check to see if the Windows Firewall is enabled. Some operating systems required Windows Firewall to be enabled with the iRacing executable files allowed and some just need the Windows Firewall to be disabled. Try both.

4. Check that the commercial.ini file on teh Pod is configured properly:
