How to create a league:
It costs 10 iRacing credits to create a league. This cost is only charged to the creator of the league, not any of the members.
In iRacing, click Racing (at the top left), then Leagues, then Start a League (at the top right)
Enter your League Name (required), League Info/Description (optional) and League URL (optional), then click the green Create League to make the purchase.
