Current version- 1.9.9
If you can't log into the iRacing Companion App, please update the app on your device, then try again.
If you are not prompted to update the App, please try to login on another browser using your phone and you should be prompted to update.
Once you are updated to the latest version of the app, you can try to log in again through your normal default browser.
If this continues, please uninstall and reinstall the app.
If this does not help, please email us at [email protected] with the device type and OS.
If you also have issues logging into the iRacing site and the UI, please let us know and we can assist you further with that as well.

As of version 1.9.4, the iRacing Companion App authenticates using a phone's default in-app browser and the same OAuth login page as https://members-ng.iracing.com. If you are receiving errors when attempting to login to the Companion App, please try logging in to https://members.iracing.com or https://members-ng.iracing.com to verify if there is an issue with your account.
Known Issues with Older Versions
- If you are using the Samsung Keyboard on the Galaxy S22, please try and use the Google keyboard instead.
