Navigation Error on Login
Problem
When attempting to login from a version of iRacing that has not been updated in some time, the following error may be received.
Navigation Error
Invalid request. If the issue persists, please contact customer support.
The error may also look like this for some versions of the software and report as: JavaScript error occurred in the main process when trying to go to https://oauth.iracing.com.
Solution
If this occurs for you, please log back into iRacing and update from there.
Also, make sure that the iRacing.com Helper Service and the iRacingUI.exe are from the same installation directory.
If you open your Windows Task Manager, and right click on the process running called "iRacing.com Helper Service", then choose Properties and tell us what it says for Location:
