If these steps don't resolve the issue please confirm you do not have iRacing installed in multiple locations on your PC.
Please also try uninstalling the sim, clearing the UI cache, and reinstalling the sim by taking the steps below.
1. Please open Windows Task Manager and look for iRacing.com Helper Service in background tasks.
2. Right-click on it and select End task
3. Open Windows Settings > Apps > Installed Apps and scroll down to iRacing.com Race Simulation
4. Click on the three horizontal dots on the right-hand side and select Uninstall
5. Open Windows File Explorer and go to C:\Program Files (x86), delete the iRacing folder, and empty your recycle bin
Clear UI Cache:
1. Open Windows File Explorer
2. Go to C:\Users\< your user >\AppData\Roaming
3. If you don't see the folder select View > Show > Hidden Items
4. Delete the iracing-electron folder
Reinstall:
1. Open a supported web browser (Chrome, Firefox, or MS Edge)
2. Go to members.iracing.com and log in
3. Click on the blue Install iRacing button
4. Open your downloads folder and run iRacingInstaller_win_2024.XX.XX.XX.exe
5. Follow the prompts to complete the installation process
If you installed iRacing from Steam:
Uninstall using Steam's user interface.
Delete the iRacing folder from your Steam games folder (the default location is C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\iRacing)
Clear UI Cache:
1. Open Windows File Explorer
2. Go to C:\Users\< your user >\AppData\Roaming
3. If you don't see the folder select View > Show > Hidden Items
4. Delete the iracing-electron folder
Reinstall iRacing using Steam's user interface.
Although your setups and replays should not be affected in this process, if you feel more comfortable, you can back up your My Documents/iRacing/Setups and Replay folders first.
