2025 Season 1 Hotfix 1 Release Notes [2024.12.11.01]

This is a Hotfix Release, containing critical fixes and some updates for the 2025 Season 1 Release.

Simulation

Dynamic Track Model

- Improved the calculations for track debris accumulated and thrown by opponent vehicles.

- Improved the throwing and spreading algorithm, especially for gravel, for a more realistic and uniform distribution.

- Fixed a critical issue where some development code for the Debris Refresh remained available for adjustment by drivers.

- Fixed an issue where the new debris type, gravel and mud, were not being cleared correctly between Sessions if the option for cleaning the track between Sessions was enabled for an event.

Weather

- Visual effects for different depths of water on track surfaces have been improved, making it easier to see puddles.

AI Racing

- Fixed an issue where some AI Drivers in Formula cars believed themselves to be indestructible and unaffected by damage sustained - they would simply not pit for repairs and just keep racing even when heavily damaged. It may benefit some Members to take note of this corrected behavior.

- Fixed an issue where AI Drivers did not understand Fast Repairs and would refuse to pit to fix damage whenever Fast Repairs were available. They now understand these are good, and should use them when needed.

Graphics

- Fixed an issue where Anti-Aliasing settings were incorrect after upgrading from an older "renderer.ini" file.
