2. Make sure that your computer meets our minimum system requirements:

3. Please install https://aka.ms/vs/17/release/vc_redist.x64.exe and then let us know if you issue is fixed or not.

To generate a Windows DirectX diagnostic file follow the instructions below.
 1. Press the Windows Key + R
 2. Type in DxDiag and press Enter or click OK. (this opens the DirectX diagnostic tool)
 3. Click 'Yes' to run the tool
 4. Click on the Save All Information button
 5. Save this file to your Windows desktop
 6. Attach this file to the reply to this email
There is no personal information contained in this file. The file contains information about the hardware installed and the hardware driver versions.
