Issue: "An Error Occurred" appears after clicking “Redeem”
If you see an error after clicking Redeem, the code may already be in your cart.
- Go to iRacing and click CART in the top-right corner.
- Check if the code is listed there and waiting to be redeemed.
- Complete the checkout process to successfully apply the code to your account.
Issue: Page reloads when trying to redeem a code
If the page refreshes or doesn’t process your code:
- Go to: https://members.iracing.com/membersite/account/MyInfo.do
- Log in to your account.
- On the My Info page, find the iRacing Credits/Dollars section.
- Click the blue REDEEM PROMO CODE button.
- Enter your code and follow the steps to complete redemption.
Issue: Redeem box disappears or you’re stuck in a loop
If the redeem box disappears or you keep getting redirected:
- Click the cart icon.
- Your code should already be applied there.
- Complete checkout to finalize adding the promotion or gift card to your account.
