Issue: "An Error Occurred" appears after clicking “Redeem”
If you see an error after clicking Redeem, the code may already be in your cart.

  • Go to iRacing and click CART in the top-right corner.
  • Check if the code is listed there and waiting to be redeemed.
  • Complete the checkout process to successfully apply the code to your account.

Issue: Redeem box disappears or you’re stuck in a loop
If the redeem box disappears or you keep getting redirected:

  • Click the cart icon.
  • Your code should already be applied there.
  • Complete checkout to finalize adding the promotion or gift card to your account.
