Usage of the iRacing SDK, the iRacing /data API, and the data they provide is governed by the terms members agree to during sign-up and detailed in the following documents, all available at https://www.iracing.com/legal/.

- This applies to iRacing and does not relieve third parties of their independent obligations under applicable data protection law.
iRacing may modify these documents and their terms at any time and may restrict or remove access to various data at its discretion.
The issuance of an API key, OAuth client credential, or similar access mechanism by iRacing constitutes only a technical grant to access authorized APIs under these terms. It does not constitute authorization for any activity otherwise prohibited under the iRacing Terms of Use and End User License Agreement, Supplemental EU Terms or Website Conditions of Use.
Third parties using such access mechanisms may not display, publish, or otherwise expose a member's display name or customer identifier (ex. custid) in any context without that member's explicit, affirmative, and revocable consent.
