Please make sure you are not entering the # symbol, only enter the numbers from the card.
If your account is active, you can redeem your gift card by applying the code to your cart here: https://members.iracing.com/membersite/member/ViewCart.do
- Enter the code
- Click Apply
- Click Proceed
- Click Finish.
Or on the UI by going to your Wallet, then Check Code-
Once redeemed, it should then produce a receipt showing the iRacing dollars being applied to your account.
You can then view the available iRacing dollars under the account section of members.iracing.com under iRacing Credits & Dollars.
If your account is currently inactive, you cannot redeem the gift card unless you are making a renewal purchase at the same time of the redemption.
If you are attempting to renew the inactive account while also redeeming the gift card, follow the steps below-
- Log into members.iracing.com
- Click Renew Subscription
- Choose your subscription length (1 month, 3 month, 1 year or 2 year)
- Click Continue
- Apply the gift card code in the designated promotional/gift card box on the cart screen
- Proceed to checkout and complete the purchase
Please know that if you are making a purchase while also adding the gift card at the same time and you do not have a valid payment form on file(PayPal, CC, Venmo with at least $1), you will need to add one for verification purposes.
You can do this by clicking PayPal, Venmo or Credit Card, link your payment information and then click Submit payment.
If you have a remaining balance from your gift card, it will be applied to your account in iRacing dollars.
