Please follow the instructions below for further information on how to deactivate your auto renew option:

If you initially purchased iRacing directly from with a Mastercard, Visa, American Express, Discover or PayPal, you can cancel your membership by logging into and click on Account.

Login to the Account, on the My Account home page, scroll down to the Billing Options section, click the "Click Here to turn off auto-renew" link. If it now says "Click Here to turn on auto-renew" - you have successfully turned off auto renew.

This will turn off the auto renew feature and your credit card or PayPal account will not be charged the next time your subscription expires.

If you purchased with Venmo, please go to 'Settings' in the Venmo app and tap on 'Connected Merchants'. Select the merchant you want to stop making purchases with, and tap 'Disconnect' at the bottom of the screen. Even if you disconnect your Venmo account from iRacing, it may still appear as a payment option. However, iRacing won't be able to charge your account if you've disconnected it through the Venmo app. Your auto renew will fail unless you add another valid payment form.

If you purchased iRacing using PaymentWall, you will need to contact PaymentWall Support to turn off the auto renew and cancel.

If you purchased iRacing from Steam, you will need to contact Steam Support as iRacing and Steam have two separate purchasing processes.
