Please note that iRacing gift cards are not tied to the email address they are delivered to.

Can't redeem gift card - An Error Occurred:
Please check your cart to see if the code was already added and is waiting to be redeemed.
To do this, go to iRacing, then click CART at the top right of the page.
There you should see the code waiting to be redeemed.
Complete the check out process to add the code to your account successfully.

Can't redeem promo code or Gift Card to the iRacing UI:

Payment method still required even if the Gift Card covers the entire total:
Even if your iRacing gift card, iRacing credits, and/or iRacing Dollars fully cover your purchase, our checkout system still requires a valid payment method to be saved on your account.
Please add a Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, PayPal, or Venmo account with at least $1 available for verification. Your gift card balance and/or iRacing Dollars or credits will still be applied to your purchase first.
The $1 verification authorization is temporary and will automatically disappear from your pending transactions. It is not a charge for your purchase.
