We provide all of the cars and tracks needed to run all official Rookie series. 

Any additional tracks/cars will need to be licensed to your account. 

We do this so you can pick and choose which cars and tracks to get, and don't end up paying for things you may not want or use.  You only need to license them one time and they will stay on the account(even if the account becomes inactive for some time).

You can test any car on any track as long as it came with your base subscription or if not, you have licensed it.
You can race in a hosted race on any car and any track as long as it came with your base subscription or if not, you have licensed it.
